We are GST registered Company and complied with customer protection act,
however , for higher value item over 200 dollars , we clearly stated it was not general items and not applied for any refund or try out.
We don't accept refund for the reason not to you likes.

Currently we are running online store only, no pickup service. only send by courier. 
We offer lower price by doing online only,  so the trade can be beneficial for both of our sides.
