OVERVIEW

Typically our item stocked in NZ albany warehouse, can get to you around 1-3 business days.
We ship all our product by NZpost courier , if you need a special instruction like signed or leave at door , 
Please kindly let us know.

For Pre-Order or Shipping from our Closer collabotor Vender

Some of our high valued item will be shipping from our closer Vender , which means takes around 7-9 days to arrive.
it will be displayed in each description for the shipping date.

For Safety / Lost or Damged Parcel

We offer full coverage for Lost / damge parcel, take a picutre or video for the matter and send it to us,
We will resolve and cover that lost and appeal to Couier company at our own , you don't need to worry about it.
But if you refuse to provide any details or respon the key information for claiming the case,  we may reject to cover that lost for you.

For Over-time or Longer than expected

If the parcel recevied logner than expected, we may send you Gift cards for our apology , 
however if this is due to Weather / Climate / Uncontrollable factors (like airplan crash or Pandemic) , We won't be responsible for the Delay.
