Returns (if applicable) ( High valued item is not refund or return

We are GST registered Company and complied with customer protection act,
however , for higher value item over 200 dollars , we clearly stated it was not general items and not applied for any refund or try out.
We don't accept refund for the reason not to you likes.

Unless the item was received faulty / not usable / not same as the description .
We do not accept any refund / returns for order over 200 dollars, 
since we are selling high-valued itmes, this will only make the item 2nd hand or down value.

Kindly understand we are setting this rules to avoid malicous user,  i will say most of the times , a friendly message can resolve almost everything.
At least from the bottom of our hearts.

We run the business by honest and interigity , for minor issue we may simply give you a full refund if item was under 50 dollars.
No need to panic about the late reply or un-read message, we repsond around 10 mins or Less with full respect and manners. 

Cancellation Policy


We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced.
If the order is cancelled you will get full refund ASAP or in reasonable time - frame.
You won't be dragged or go-through any unreasonble procedure , that's our promise. 
We keep everything Simple and Neat.
We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
Please noted this repeatedly cancellation is very annoying and unacceptable for anyone in this planet.


Refunds (if applicable)

Once your item is returned , received and inspected,
We will notify you if the order is appliable for the refund , and do it Fast in hours.
We only refund to NZ bank account for security reasons ( or sameway payment)
We will refund ASAP if the term was agreed , you won't need to worried about the process time like big tech company.
We keep customer scores and ours at the same time, their is no unparalleled treaty in here.
We try our best to offering amazing customer service and see it goes a long way.

Warrantys:

If the item failed during the warranty period, we will replace / repair it for you, you need to ship it back to our Auckland warehouse.
noted: you won't be able to apply refund by choice if the item was Purhcased more than 30 days, We may prefer replacemtent for the 1st choice.

And , if we don't have the replacement when it fails,  we only refund the Current market value for you.
Which means you can't ask a full refund after it's working fine over 6 month.
I guess this point is pretty reasonble and rational for a bilateral treaty. We will be responsible for each and every honest intentions. 

We do not respond to any abusive language , misbehavior ,  unfriendly Interrogational context,  this will not be tolerated.
