ECLIPSE
ECLIPSE is a collection of exclusive driver technologies from DUNU. Designed for full-range, standalone voicing or hybridised acoustic setups. Ultra-high magnetic flux density motor design. Metal/alloy/polymer dome with advanced coating and electroplating processes. CNIPA-patented composite driver assembly techniques. Fully independent surround with highly compliant thermoplastic elastomer suspension.

Second generation W-shaped driver
ZEN PRO's second generation W-shaped driver dome has a revised metallurgic composition. The alloy ratio between magnesium & aluminium was adjusted for enhanced rigidity and improved internal damping characteristics, leading to optimised treble performance and smooth, detailed midrange presentation.

Nanoporous amorphous carbon diaphragm
Our exclusive nanoporous amorphous carbon diaphragm coating (nanoDLC) contains the highest ratio* of sp³-to-sp² hybridised carbon currently achievable, and is deposited via a high temperature, filtered, pulsed cathode arc deposition technique compatible only with metal substrates (polymer substrates will melt and deform). The process allows for fewer gaps and surface imperfections, bringing the layer ever closer to pure diamond. further refines the process with an even more uniform, fuller coating. *Relative to DLC coatings currently found in audio products.

Air gap tolerances to the powerful motor have been further optimised to generate over 1.8 T at the voice coil, making the magnet assembly by far most powerful in any earphone. All ECLIPSE magnet modules are designed in-house and custom-milled for maximum performance synergy with their bespoke diaphragm assembly.

Fine-tuned, bespoke strategies for voicing include delicate control of reflected back waves and augmentation of bass reflex, maximising dynamic range reproduction.

ACIS
Low frequencies under 100 Hz are reinforced through DUNU's propietary Air Control Impedance System (ACIS) spiral bass reflex system, the centrepiece for ZEN PRO's circular theme.

Q-Lock Plus is the original, patented auto-locking quick-switch system that revolutionised the modular cable trend in portable audio. ZEN PRO is equipped with the full set of modular plugs for the ultimate in portable source connectivity.
